How can i pay?
We accept iDEAL, Paypal, Creditcards and payments via direct transfer.
All payments must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped.

We ship to every destination PostNL offers, which is pretty much worldwide.
Take into account that shipping costs can vary widely depending on the destination.
Please make sure you're aware of the costs before finalizing your order.
Combine shipment to reduce shipping costs:
Within the Netherlands we offer free shipment on all orders over €75,-.
Within the EU free shipment applies when an order exceeds €150,- and we ship for free to the rest of the world if you order for more than €250,-.
Please note HOUSE OF THOL is not responsible for the payment of any import taxes, duties or similar charges which may be imposed over and above ordinary shipping charges.
When can i expect my order to arrive?
We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours.*
Orders placed during the Week-end and/or Holidays are shipped the next business day.*

HOUSE OF THOL is located in the Netherlands, Europe.
-Shipping within the Netherlands usually takes 2-3 working days.
-Items shipped to other countries within Europe usually take 5-8 working days.**
-Shipping to the rest of the world takes approximately 10-12 working days.** Be aware that customs can occasionally delay shipment.
(** We don't have experience with shipment to every country yet, this is an estimate - feel free to bring us up to speed if we're off)

What if something goes wrong during shipment?
We take the utmost care in packaging all our products to make sure they arrive at your doorstep in perfect condition.
If something went wrong during shipment contact us immediately and we will do our best to sort out the problem as soon as possible.
Is it possible to have my order giftwrapped?
If your order is destined to be a gift, send us a message and we'll giftwrap the item free of charge.
We can also add a little personal note for the recipient, just let us know what should be on it (something that easily fits on a postcard, please - we do not spell-check) and we'll add a handwritten message.
I'm not happy with my order, can i get a refund?
If you're unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us within 5 working days of receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve the problem quickly and/or look for a solution together.
Refunds and Exchanges are considered on a case-to-case basis.
Is it possible to have something custom made?
We're a design studio which means we love custom orders.
Don't hesitate to get in touch if you're looking for that extra special item, we'll be happy to take on the challenge and provide you with exactly what you're looking for.
Can i sell your products in my shop?
